1 Cancellation Timeline & Deductions
If you need to cancel your scheduled tour, deductions will apply based on when we receive written confirmation (via phone or WhatsApp):

| 30 or more days before journey date | 90% of advance amount refunded (10% processing fee) | Eligible for High Refund |
| 15 to 29 days before journey date | 50% of the total advance amount | Partial Refund |
| 7 to 14 days before journey date | 25% of the total advance amount | Low Refund |
| Less than 7 days / No-Show | 0% (No refund applicable) | Non-Refundable |
2 Weather & Force Majeure (Cyclones / High Tides)
In the event of severe weather warnings (cyclones, tidal surges, depressions in the Bay of Bengal) or government-imposed administrative lockouts:
- If the Forest Department or Port Authority cancels boat sailing permissions, we offer an alternative journey date within 6 months without rescheduling penalties.
- In case of a full unavoidable cancellation, payments will be refunded after adjusting actual non-recoverable forest permit and guide charges.

4 Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed through Bank Transfer / UPI / original mode of payment within 5 to 7 working business days from the cancellation confirmation date.
